Secretary of State John Kerry admires a bible from 1664 given to him as a gift by Deputy Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Kalinak. The historic bible is from a town close to where the Secretary's family has its roots. The Slovakian Deputy Prime Minister was on hand to receive a certificate of appreciation in recognition of Slovakia’s sustained record of excellence in advancing international cooperation in the global fight against terrorism from Secretary of State John Kerry at the Department of State in Washington, , on March 9, 2015.
