Florence Seibert (1897-1991), US biochemist. Seibert is best known for isolating a pure form of tuberculin, which was used in the standard test for tuberculosis (TB). She taught at various US universities, ultimately becoming professor emeritus of the University of Pennsylvania in 1959, when she retired.
