West India Gherkin (True). Also known as yerusalem Pickle. Very small, oval-shaped, prickly fruit. Used exclusively for pickling. This is quite distinct, and can be easily distinguished, by the extreme small size of the seeds, from the English Burr Cucumber, often sold as the same.
