Station opened April 2, 1899. Bis track to Målerås station. One- and one-half-story station house in wood, yellow with white knots. The same picture can be found in the book Kosta Railway, written by Lennart Welander. The locomotive is Kosta-Lessebo Railway, KLJ 3 "Målerås". The locomotive was manufactured in 1901 by Orenstein & Koppels.
