At the entrance to the port in beautiful Curacao stand the beautiful historic remains of the original Fort.
A cheese store nestled in one of the rooms of the old fort on Aruba showcasing their variety of gouda cheese. Located in what is commonly called Riffort Village. Riffort refers to the Riff Fort, a military installation built in the 19th century to protect Willemstad. The walls remain (along with an cannon or two), but the inside of the fort has been converted to a shopping area that contains some very nice small (and informal) restaurants.
