HAIFA, Israel (May 7, 2017) Sailors raise the jack staff aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) while arriving in Haifa, Israel, for a scheduled port visit May 7, 2017. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
