United States Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Monica Nelson gives a stuffed bunny to a burned Afghan girl in the Indira Ghandi Children's Hospital Burn Ward while international service members also assigned to International Security Assistance Force Headquarters pass out stuffed animals and crayons to the burn victims, downtown Kabul, Afghanistan, Nov. 20. The hospital receives $400 a month to run the entire place, and the children's burn ward is a regular recipient of international aid brought in by ISAF volunteers.
