Preservation of maize which is dried and stored for food and seed stock. Storage silo or kupro is in the left. The mud wall on the round grain silo has carved decorations which help prevent walls being washed away in wet season plus dictates status in village. The thatch on the hut is made from local grass and is used as well for fencing and walling.
