Brayton, assistant pediatrician to the Hartford Hospital, tosee an infant practically moribund from the effects of an enlarged thymusgland. The patient was markedly cyanosed and gasping for x-ray examination showed a thymus filling nearly half the roentgen therapy was recommended, as up to this time it hadproved to be the only effective method of
