Likehis immediate predecessor, he inaugurateda scheme of improvements on the churchproperty, and he had the satisfaction ofseeing completed, at the opening of hissecond year, a much needed improvementon the church halls. They were recon-structed and refurnished at a cost ofnearly £400, and the additional comfortand convenience will, it is felt, help tothe further efficiency and success of thechurchs agencies.
