Thousands of people attend a ceremony in front of the Ghetto Heroes Monument to mark the 74th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and pay tribute to the Jewish fighters, who rose up against German Nazi in April, 1943. The demolition of the Warsaw Ghetto was a part of the German plan for the destruction of Warsaw. After two Warsaw uprisings (1943, 1944) the Polish capital was turned to rubble.
