Fruit very large flattened globe shape. Ribs large and of irregular width, densely coy ered with coarse netting. Flesh green, thick, coarse, but of the finest flavor. Per pkt., 5 cts.; oz., 15 cts.; 1-t 30 Gem (see cut). — This variety is of rich, delicious flavor and fine quality. Distinct, very early and prolific. Skin ribbed, yet smooth, and of a deep enierali 1 green, with a few lighter - colored stripes. The flesh is thick, of a suQused salmon color.
