The trip between Buffalo and Lockport, a distanceof 25 miles, can be made in one hour, including stops. The cars are31 feet long and have two passenger compartments, one of which is asmoker. In addition to the regular passenger car, one combined bag-gage and passenger car is operated, carrying mail and express. A number of roads used chiefly for pleasure riding have beenbuilt in Southern California in the neighborhood of Los Angeles.
