Salvatore Vaccaro II, 914th Civil Engineering Squadron firefighter, after receiving the Air Force Achievement Medal at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York on May 2, 2021. Vaccaro was recognized for his actions aboard a civilian flight where he administered care to a civilian who was experiencing a cardiac emergency.
