Schleppegrells street in Oslo, Grünerløkka district, going from Markveien to Fagerheim Gata . It crosses or is adjacent to Thorvald Meyers gate , Toftes street , Falsens street , Romsdal Gata and Christies gate . Gata was named in 1864 by Major General Frederik Adolph von Schleppegrell (1792-1850), one of the three Norwegian spruces , who excelled at the battles of Nybøl and Dybbøl in 1848.
