NORFOLK, Va. (May 24, 2018) Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77) pose for a photo before beginning the Murph Challenge fitness event in recognition of Memorial Day. The Murph Challenge honors Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who died in Afghanistan in 2005. The challenge is to complete a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and second one-mile run, all within an hour.
