YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 6, 2022) Safety supervisor Chieko Kajigaya, assigned to the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Safety Department, explains bicycle traffic and safety rules during a road safety campaign onboard CFAY. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
