KAMCHATKA PENINSULA, RUSSIA: LOOKING like they are standing on hot coals these shots show fearless lava-lovers only ten feet away from the mouth of an active volcano. Perilously close to the action these adventurers, can be seen posing near glowing molten lava which can reach temperatures of 1,200 degrees Celsius. Russian photographer Sergey Krasnoshchekov (49) was able to snap this natural phenomenon unfolding at Tolbachik volcano in the Kamchatka peninsula, Russia.
