Like in the 2 k. , the motor starter is controlled by a special set of contacts mounted on the aerial change-over switch or the motor may be held in a continuous state of operation by closing the flushswitch mounted near to the antenna switch. In the later models of this set, when thestarter is in full running position, resistances are cut in automatically at G and H to preventthe solenoid windings overheating. (See Section J A
