View NNE of Moel y Ci Bronze Age round cairn, Gwynedd, Wales, UK, at 396m on the NW summit of the hill. The true summit of 410m OD is to the E. The burial cairn is circular with a diameter around 14m, it survives up to high. The cairn has been robbed to build a walkers' shelter looking out to the NW & is topped by a modern concrete triangulation pillar. There are excellent views to the N over the Menai Strait, Anglesey & Puffin Island. Taken in snow 29 February 2004.
