The Sunday school of this church has an enrollment of 23 teachersand 238 scholars, including the pastors Bible class. The teachers in the Sunday school are prepared for their work byattendance on the prayer-meeting service, at which the lesson forthe coming Sabbath, is the subject of the lecture, and also by a sup-plementary conference, led by the pastor, at the close of prayermeeting. The duty of contributing generously to the support of the Orphan-age at Barium Springs is kept prominently before the congregationby both the pastor and the superintendent of the Sabbath school.
