OSAN, Republic of Korea (March 11, 2017) Naval Aircrewman (Mechanical) 1st Class Ty Hockstaff, assigned to "The Providers" of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 30 assists a visitor in putting on safety equipment before departing to USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70). The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment as part of the Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of 3rd Fleet.
