KreuzBerg-Berlin, Görlitzer Park Pedestrian Bridge over Landwehr canal connects Görlitzer Park & alt-Treptow and is part of former rail bridge
The bridge was built as a railway bridge at the time of the construction of the Görlitz train station It was completed in 1866 and the construction of riveted sheet metal girders, became a prototype for the many railway bridges built in the following years. The railway line stopped operations in 1952. In the 1990s, part of the bridge leading into the former border area was retained as a pedestrian bridge. The other parts of the bridge were demolished in October 2001
