River Washburn Blubberhouses North Yorkshire, this image was taken using a slow shutter speed to accentuate the flow of water, this photograph was taken on one of several days in the year when Yorkshire Water Company release water from Thruscross resovior dam specifically for the Wild Water Canoeing fraternity, it is the only facility of it's kind in the UK. This release of water has a secondary equally important role of assisting Trout to travel down the normally shallow river.
