Cholmondeley Castle Gardens. The 18th century Grade II* listed Robert Bakewell gates on the south west approach to Cholmondeley Castle. Designed in a Gothic revival castle style by local architect William Turner, Cholmondeley Castle was built in the early 19th century for George Cholmondeley, the 1st Marquess of Cholmondeley. The castle gardens are open to the public at specified times. If required, it may be possible to arrange property release for this image.
