Professor Holden says: These draw-ings show that the western end of this nebula has movedrelatively to its contained stars from 1833 to 1862, andagain from 1862 to 1875, and always in the same direc-tion. Meantime the conspicuous streak or wing ex-tended toward the east has not moved in reference to the 90 NEBULAR LIFE.
