Scene from Mozart's opera Don Giovanni 1787 (c1914). Opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), Austrian composer, first performed in Prague in 1787. The libretto by Lorenzo Da Ponte (1749-1838) was based on Moliere's play of 1665 Don Juan, ou le festin de Pierre (Don Juan, or the Stone Banquet).
