Army Sgt. Brandon Minter, a reservist assigned to 801st Engineer Company, uses the roller to level out the soil that was recently laid down. Minter is prepping the area for the Beyond the Horizon 2017-Belize construction to project. BTH 2017 is a partnership exercise between Southern Command, Belize Defense Force and multiple Belize government agencies that will consist of five construction projects and provide three free healthcare events in the districts of Belize, Cayo and Stann Creek.
