Spider (Meta segmentata) catching a fly in its web and eating it.
the orb web spider meta segmentata with its prey. In order to digest their prey, spiders first wrap the catch up in a silk coccoon, then inject an enzyme into the fly, which digests it from the inside. the resultant meal is a sort of soup, which the spider sucks up.
