Army Major General Michael A. Stone, commander of the 46th Military Police Command, spoke of the Michigan National Guards valorous history during a World War I commemoration ceremony on Nov. 8, 2018, in the Michigan State Capitol rotunda in Lansing, Michigan. The 119th Field Artillery Battalion, 125th Infantry Regiment and 126th Infantry Regiment all served in WWI after the National Guard was federalized in 1917.
