An activist dressed as a condom seen walking on the street during the event to mark the International Condom Day in Kiev. The event was organized by the AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundation) in an effort to reduce the spread of HIV through safe sex practices, and as an informal observance marked in conjunction with Valentine's Day. Ukraine has the second largest HIV epidemic in Europe on 2019, as reported.
