NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 5, 2017) – Aircrew Survival Equipmentman 3rd Class Chiderah Akobunduehiogu, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of petty officer third class by Aircrew Survival Equipmentman 2nd Class Shelton Feemster during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall. More than 170 Ford Sailors advanced from the September Navy-wide advancement exam.
