The Jaya Lakshmi Vilas Palace in Mysore, India. The foundation stone for the palace was unveiled by Her Highness Kempananjammanni Avarii, the Maharani and Regent of Mysore State, in 1901. It was completed in 1905 and helps explain why Mysore is known as the City of Palaces. The building now hosts the Folklore Museum.
