South Ayrshire Community Transport (SACT Ayr) was formed in 2016 by a consortium of local community transport operators and third sector organisations who identified a large number of unmet transport needs across South Ayrshire and who are involved in the joint planning of services to meet these. SACT is a member of the West of Scotland Community Transport Network which means that we have signed up to a quality assurance framework covering all aspects of vehicle and customer care.
