CHUUK, Federated States of Micronesia (August 7th, 2018) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Construction Civic Action Detail Federated States of Micronesia, complete construction of the Two Room Classroom Project at Chuuk High School. NMCB-11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
