Replacement section of railroad tracks, at the BNSF railroad yard, Troy, Montana. Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway was formed in 1996, when the Burlington Northern Railroad acquired the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, and was renamed the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway, which is now the BNSF. BNSF is the largest freight railroad network in North America. This image was shot with an antique 4 inch Petzval lens and will show signs of distortion and softness, especially towards the edges. This is intentional and part of the aesthetic.
