At a meeting inNewcastle he publicly avowed his changeof opinion and his full approval of theinstitution. The sum of £72,000 was assigned tothe Theological Institution, which wasdivided into a north and south building,the first situated at Richmond Hall, nearEondon, the other in Lancashire, be-tween Manchester and Stockport.
