Command Sgt. Maj. Billy J. Norman accepts the Army Garrison Japan colors from Col. Phillip K. Gage, garrison commander, Aug. 10 during an assumption of responsibility ceremony in the Camp Zama Community Club. By doing so, Norman accepts his new role as the USAG Japan command sergeant major and the garrison’s new senior enlisted advisor.
