F-35B Lightning II Joint Strike Fighters with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 211 and 617 Squadron sit on the flight deck aboard Her Majesty's Ship (HMS) Queen Elizabeth at sea on 06 October, 2020. VMFA-211 is deployed aboard HMS Queen Elizabeth to conduct training with their United Kingdom (UK) counterparts in preparation for the UK's Carrier Strike Group deployment this spring. The Marine Corps is supporting this historic deployment in support of USMC, DoD, National and Allied objectives.
