Ty Lynch, assigned to the "Skinny Dragons" of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, delivers a tour to Royal Thai Navy Sailors aboard a P8-A Poseidon maritime control aircraft in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2018. The CARAT exercise series, in its 24th iteration, highlights the skill and will of regional partners to cooperatively work together towards the common goal of ensuring a secure and stable maritime environment.
