London UK. 16 June 2023 . Tier electric cycle hire bikes have been abandoned that the pavement in King's Cross in the borough of Camden. Westminster council has introduced plans to fine users who fail to park e-bikes in the correct bays after using them and could incur additional hire charges or receive a fixed penalty notice after complaints the bikes are often left blocking pavements and causing a hazard to pedestrians.
