Entrance fee 5% due when entries close and 5% of the amount of the stake will be deducted from each money won. The Association reserves the right to change the hour and date of any race, pxcept when it becomes necessary to antedate a race, in which instance the nominators will receive three days' notice by mail to address of entry.
