Crime database analysis. Criminal investigators using a database of information and pictures from thousands of criminal cases. It can be used to cross-reference data from current cases with old cases in an attempt to solve the crimes. The screen at centre is showing CCTV footage of a crime. The database is the Crime Scene Analysis System (SASC) and is being used by officers of the Italian Violent Crime Analysis Unit (UACV).
