PACIFIC OCEAN (May 22, 2021) Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 3rd Class William Joyce, from Jupiter, Fla., inspects the tail rotor of an MH-60S Seahawk, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, on the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), May 22. Sailors and Marines of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) are underway conducting integrated training off the coast of southern California.
