Airmen of the 39th Air Base Wing (ABW) attending Airman Leadership School (ALS) Class 22-F listen to Col. Kevin McCaskey, 39th ABW vice commander, lecture in the ALS classroom at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Aug. 8, 2022. McCaskey held an open dialogue with the Airmen about leadership traits and expectations of becoming a front-line supervisor. ALS is designed to be an entry level leadership enhancement course to prepare Senior Airmen and Staff Sergeants for positions of greater responsibility.
