Plant in any good garden soil covering to a depth of about one and one- half to twice the height of the bulb measuring from base to shoulder. Early planting is advisable how- ever, many fine flowers are pro- duced from plantings made after the first of February. Narcissi multiply quite freely and should be taken up during summer or early fall about every 3 or 4 years and replanted. No garden is too small for a few Daffodils.
