Smethwick, Sandwell, 06/02/1968. A view over a housing estate, consisting of low rise 'Easiform' flats and high rise 'Sectra' flats, in the Soho Way/Oakfield Road area of Smethwick. These flats were built by Laing's Birmingham Region for Warley Borough Council. This housing scheme consisted of two tower blocks of Sectra flats and six blocks of Easiform maisonettes.
