Baby electroencephalography. 6-month-old baby being studied by non-invasive electroencephalography (EEG) using a specially constructed hair net. This technique uses electrodes to record the electrical field produced by brain activity. This research is carried out at the Babylab at Birkbeck College's Henry Wellcome Building in London, UK. The Babylab is part of the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development, founded in 1998.
