This topographic view shows relative heights and depths of terrain. The Digital Terrain Model (DTM) colour codes elevations: purple (lowest) through blue, green, yellow and red to white (highest). Data obtained by the High-Resolution Stereo Camera (HRSC) on Mars Express. The European Space Agency's Mars Express has been orbiting Mars since December 2003. This region was imaged on 9 April 2017.
