Tyne Cot military cemetery, Belgium

The wall or remembrance and graves at Tyne Cot military cemetery. This is the largest military cemetery in continental Europe. 11'956 soldiers from the First World War are buried in it. And on the curving wall are engraved the names of a further 34'957 who were killed in the last year of the war but whose bodies were never found.
